FNH,
I very much enjoy your podcast, although I rarely do play the games you mention. Still, I assume that sooner or later you will talk about a game that will excite me enough to print and play the game.
I was wondering if you have any experience printing cards to computer-ready card stock sheets that have the individual cards already set up on each sheet that are lightly perforated and that have pre-printed backs? A site for one such package is http://www.plaincards.com/Playing.html.
There are other sites that provide a combined package with sheets of perforated cards for two decks and custom software to print the cards on, along with an aerosol (that unfortunately cannot be shipped internationally) to spray on a lasting finish on the cards. I believe the software/card kit is $18.95 and the water resident/UV aerosol is $9.95 - see http://www.craftypc.com/blplca.html.
thanks again for a whole bunch of really interesting podcasts.

I havn't tried anything like that. A quick look shows me that I suspect the material in question would be out of my price range.
I alway try to make the games as cheaply as possible and only upgrade to better materials in very very rare instances.
Thanks for pointing it out.
